- Postal vote completion deadline –Saturday 30 August 2025 at 6pm
- Postal vote return deadline – Tuesday 9 September 2025

This was a full postal election and voting materials were mailed to people enrolled to vote in this council area.
Postal voting materials were printed and sent to voters' enrolled postal address after the ballot paper order draw on Thursday 24 July 2025.
The ECQ must have received your postal vote by 5pm Tuesday 9 September 2025 for your vote to be counted.
