Allegation

Include details about what happened, when it happened, whom is the person alleged to have breach, how did you become aware of this matter, provide details of where it happened, provide date and time you saw the breach.

Describe what the pictures are showing, location details of the pictures, name of individuals in the picture, time you took the photograph, distance from yourself to the site.
