The ECQ is committed to effective complaints management. The complaints management procedure (PDF, 99.2 KB) outlines the process for managing complaints received. The ECQ will acknowledge written complaints within 5 business days. Where possible the matter will be finalised within 30 business days.
You can lodge a complaint with ECQ by completing the complaint form (PDF, 104.7 KB) and returning it via email, post or in person.
